Privacy Policy
Board2Doc is a monday.com application provided by Alex Ma, operating as Mars Studio (“Mars Studio”). This policy explains how Board2Doc processes information when you use the application.
Information processed
Board2Doc reads the board, column, item, update, and file information authorized by the installing monday.com account. Depending on the document workflow and mappings chosen by the user, this may include item names, customer details, work descriptions, quantities, prices, statuses, owners, dates, and files selected for inclusion in a document.
Purpose of processing
The information is processed to map board fields, show document previews, generate PDF, Word, and ZIP files, remember application settings, and—only after an explicit user action—upload a generated file to a selected monday.com file column.
Document processing and storage
Document rendering, CSV import, custom Word template handling, and file packaging occur in the user’s browser. Board2Doc does not operate a separate customer-data database. Application configuration and monday.com authorization credentials are stored within monday.com infrastructure using application storage and SecureStorage.
Optional AI processing
When a user explicitly requests AI assistance, Board2Doc shows the selected source fields before sending their text to monday.com’s hosted AI service. The returned text remains editable and cannot enter a document until the user chooses “Use in document.” AI output does not change board values, prices, totals, or statuses.
Service providers and domains
Board2Doc uses monday.com for the application host, board API, application storage, SecureStorage, and hosted AI service. The public website at board2doc.marsstudio.cc is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and secure the website; Board2Doc does not send monday.com board content to Cloudflare.
Mars Studio does not sell customer information, share it with advertising services, or use cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Application settings and authorization credentials are retained while needed to provide the service or while the application remains installed. An account administrator may uninstall Board2Doc and revoke access. For deletion assistance, contact the support address below and include the monday.com account name and installation details.
Security
Board2Doc uses monday.com authorization, least-privilege scopes, encrypted transport, signed platform requests, and isolated account-level credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
